The minimum age of check in is 21 years. Under the age of 21 years, acces to our accommodation will be denied.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival. The day of arrival starts at 0.00 am. Any booking not cancelled at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival will be charged for all nights. Different cancellation conditions apply to group bookings. For group bookings (from 5 rooms), the Uniform Hospitality Industry Conditions (UVH) apply.

If you have booked a Non-refundable rate, the following conditions apply: This booking cannot be changed or cancelled. When making the booking, you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged directly to your credit card or paid online and that refunds are not possible. For mutual security reasons, we are forced to exclude cash from our payment circulation.

Our reception is staffed from 10am until 6pm, you can check in until 6pm.
